About Us
Chuck Foster is a new approach for individuals seeking a more firm grip on their mental health. From trauma to addiction, sex and intimacy to behavior disorder management and beyond, we see identity and mental literacy as closely intertwined, and offer a fresh perspective to approach these issues with positive reinforcement and proactive accountability.
Started in Los Angeles, Chuck Foster is the brainchild two women: one clinically trained professional with a background in psychology who found neotraditional practices wanting, and an executive administrator who’s spent years navigating the red tape of a healthcare apparatus designed to make self-advocacy confusing and exhausting. What came out is a tool to be utilized by any individual or couple looking to maximize their potential, broaden their horizons and grow their capacity for joy in life.
